150 kilometres from Adelaide you arrive at the seaside town of Ardrossan.
It had been a long time since we had visited Ardrossan and we were pleasantly surprised as to how much the township had grown with a new shopping centre and cafes.

The foreshore had been revamped with a great parking area with a BBQ area, kids playground with great views of Gulf St Vincent.
Known for the home of the blue swimmer crabs, beautiful red cliffs and a very long jetty with anglers trying their luck at tommies, mullet, garfish and squid. As you can see the tide goes out a long way, hence the long jetty.

There are 2 caravan parks in town but the council have set aside a free camp with 3 bays, dump point for self contained vehicles with a 48hr limit and walking distance into to town.

Weather not the best, overcast and blowing easterly's, so moving on tomorrow.
